  Horrendous Treatment from start to finish ........ ordered some blinds for new conservatory which we were poorly advised on by Mark (salesman) when it came to fitting the fitter said they can't be fitted so when we said there not fit for purpose we were then threatened in a phone call by Mark that we have to pay up even though there no use !!!! (Phone call still on answer machine). We did get them fitted in the end but the attention to detail was very poor ie massive screw heads staring at you when opened until I complained and then sorted. But two of the blinds are bending in the middle and pictures taken by Mark to be sorted out but No answers and won't return call........ the second set in the kitchen has been poorly fitted also with big eye view gaps from the front cover to the wall basically straight cut rather than doing it properly and ascribing it to the wall. Basically in my view as soon as they get there money they don't want to know. If looking for Blinds Steer well Clear as really really poor aftersales

  Awful awful customer service. Sold blackout blinds that let in a huge amount of light in (to the extent they were pointless). Fitter left screws etc lying around in each of the rooms (he knew I had a toddler). When complained sales person was supercilious and self opinionated and did not understand the needs of a customer. Refunded but bill not itemized and the amount they said this blind was at point of refund was not valid (would have made a less superior and smaller blind more expensive!) Do not trust this salesperson... self confessed knows nothing about what blinds would be like when fitted.
